Marilyn Carbonneau
July 30, 1955 – Jan. 28, 2025

On Tuesday, Jan. 28, we said goodbye to Marilyn — mom, grandma, sister and friend.

Marilyn (Lynn) Carbonneau was born on July 30, 1955, in Wilkie, Sask. She was one of nine siblings and grew up in the Landis area. She moved to Alberta in 1974, and she married Edward Carbonneau in 1976, and they have two sons together Shane (Tammy) and Ronson (Trish).

She is also survived by her grandchildren Cordelle and Zander.

She was predeceased by her mother and father Monica and Herman Wirachowsky, siblings, grandparents, aunts and uncles.

Her warm smile and kind heart were always welcoming to anyone who she chatted with. Her laughter was contagious.

Marilyn will be forever loved and missed by her family and close friends. Her memory will live on in the hearts, stories and laughter of her loved ones.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Service information will be updated on the obituary found on weberfuneralhome.ca.

Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to Central Alberta Women’s Emergency Shelter, Red Deer, https://www.cawes.com/.
